A strange and fortuitous happening….attended the Crofting Course on Benbecula run by Donna Smith, Chief Exec from the Scottish Crofting Federation, who was seeking Hebridean gifts to be presented to HRH at a reception at Buckingham Palace, in March 2025, to celebrate UK wide charities that support farming and rural communities facilitated by the Royal Countryside Fund.
